Completion Date: 11/3/2023
Customer: General Service Administration
We provided moving and offsite storage services for the FPS office, including condition documentation, packing materials, furniture disassembly/reassembly, and surface protection, then returned all items after construction. We performed selective demolition and required disconnects, removing existing casework, wing wall, flooring/base, ceiling grid/tiles, and light fixtures while leaving wiring for reuse. We completed asbestos abatement and legal disposal of identified ACM flooring materials and mastic in accordance with applicable regulations. We rebuilt the space with Level 4 drywall finishes, low-VOC painting, new ACT ceilings, new LED flat panels, and new carpet tile/VCT with transitions and rubber cove base. We renovated the break room with extended power, new cabinets/countertop, and new sink fixtures, installed new solar shade blinds, and relocated safes as required.
