USAO Paint 5th & 6th floors hatfield courthouse
Magnitude: $298,024.28
Completion Date: 9/15/2021
Customer: General Service Administration (GSA)
We provided furniture relocation and displacement services, including totes/crates as needed and “lift-and-shift” methods to support the work without unnecessary disruption. We coordinated with the agency to remove and reinstall wall hangings, boards, and related items to allow for surface repairs and painting access. We prepped wall surfaces by filling pinholes, dings, and imperfections (up to approximately 3,000 SF of gypsum wallboard repairs) to improve finish quality. We then painted all walls throughout the 5th and 6th floor USAO suites (approximately 160,000 SF total), applying a primer/base coat and a final color coat, including roughly 60,000 SF of accent walls across multiple coordinating colors selected by the USAO

Install ada openers for restroom
Magnitude: $17,200.41
Completion Date: 12/27/2020
Customer: General Service Administration (GSA)
We installed electrically powered ADA door openers for the men’s and women’s 7th-floor restrooms in compliance with GSA P100 and ABAAS requirements. Power was routed from the floor’s central electrical closet, and all work was completed per manufacturer recommendations. We removed and salvaged the interior privacy doors and associated hardware and stored them in the basement attic stock room. We patched and painted all affected areas, including door frames, with corner-to-corner painting to match existing finishes. Work was scheduled to minimize tenant impact and keep restrooms operational during normal building hours when active work was not underway.
