Project involves removing existing gravel and soil from the designated greenhouse floor areas and replacing them with new 4-inch concrete floors. Work included moving and reinstalling existing tables, preparing and compacting the base, installing forms and rebar dowels, adding trench drains and gutters where required, placing and finishing concrete, and sloping the floors for proper drainage. The work also included limited sidewalk demolition, site restoration, final cleaning, and cleanup to provide complete, usable greenhouse floor surfaces.

Provide turnkey furnish and install services for new polycarbonate roofing and polycarbonate bug/debris screens, including field verification, fabrication coordination, all trims/flashings/sealants/fasteners, and complete installation. Work includes protection of adjacent surfaces, secure and weather-resistant detailing at joints and penetrations, final cleaning, and jobsite cleanup for a complete, finished system.
